believes in customer-centric solution and collaboration with meaningful connection among clients, colleagues and partners. He focuses on supporting global brands succeed in new markets and leads projects for domestic and international clients.

After excellent graduating in design communications Ralf developed his professional career in marketing, communication and brand development with global marketing agency networks like BBDO and GREY serving consumer brands such as Wella, Henkel, Schwarzkopf, Dr. Oetker, Braun.

Furthermore Ralf has acquired in-depth experience as an Anergize entrepreneur and with over 15 years of german–asian business bridging practice Ralf is an exceptional expert on western and asian consumer lifestyle markets. He handles our key account connections with industry leaders in China, Korea, Japan, Thailand and Indonesia.
Besides proven record consulting japanese FUJIFILM Europe Ralf also manages the Anergize team to successful business consulting and operations with China.

Morris works with superior marketing sense and business leadership ability, more than 25 years of advertising & marketing experience in China and Taiwan market. Familiar with all through the line integrated communication platforms and excellent business management skill. Work experience in Shanghai, Beijing, Seoul, Taipeh and Tokyo makes Morris an outstanding executive who brings valuable consumer insights to our Anergize projects.

Served for hi-end german brand like Audi, Siemens & Bosch for building well-known brand awareness and consumer likability in China market. Once as General Manager role to contribute consecutive years of marketing and creative support for VW China to launch Skoda Octavia, Fabia & Rapid new models by earning great sales result.

Ju-Hae Kim

Consultant Korea

Experience in marketing at korean global player LG Electronics Ju-Hae managed large scale projects for Wu Promotion, Beijing in China, Korea, Japan and as well overseas in Europe.

Speaker and workshop lecturer for Branding at Mahidol University Bangkok, Thailand and working with renowned cultural corporates and institutions, public broadcasting and music festivals in Germany Ju-Hae provides extensive skills as market analyst and in project leading with agile performance. Grewing-up in Korea, working 5 -years in China and over 8-years in Germany with M.A. and B.Sc. university degrees speaking german, english, chinese and korean makes her an exceptional anergize team player.

Mareille is a strong believer of brands with values and attitude, strategic storytelling and the power of intuitive working to create a sustainable brand experience.

Leading teams as Global Executive Creative Director and working for brands such as Coca-Cola, Adidas, L’Oréal Paris, Telekom, Deutsche Bahn, Procter & Gamble, Bayer AG, Evonik, C&A and Hugo Boss she provides in-depth knowledge and expertise in consumer trends, marketing channels and brand transformation.

Brand Strategy Consultant

Volker has a profound level of know-how working with brands during 20 Years in management as a brand consultant with both agency and client-side experience in implementation. Background in market research with deep-reaching knowledge in the areas of adverting efficacy, consumer insights and methodology development.

Specialized in market analysis and brand positioning, the development of communications strategies, brand building and brand diversification, branding strategies, brand architecture, as well as corporate processes. Advisor of well-known national and international companies in all branches and of all sizes in these areas.

After moving to the brand agency GREY, he was one of the founders of GREY Strategic Planning in the early 90’s, one of the first to offer brand management consulting in Germany and was managing director of this agency division for over a decade.

Wolfgang Poly

Director Business Japan

Wolfgang is our leading expert in all our projects concerning Japan. He has extensive experience in advising clients on a wide range of topics, especially product development, technical marketing & sales, quality assurance and control, product safety & regulations, strategy and vision in cosmetics, personal and home care.

Prior to joining Anergize, Wolfgang served 8 years at Henkel Japan, 3 years based in Tokyo as Regional Manager Technology Asia/Pacific and 9 years as senior manager at Cognis. Later he managed various projects at BASF Personal Care & Nutrition and other global brands.

Wolfgang earned post doc at world's top University of California, Berkeley and holds a Ph.D. from University of Hannover. Besides having special talent for catching lifestyle moments in photograpy Wolfgang has travelled over 120 countries and makes him an outstanding advisor on intercultural topics.

Executive Creative Director

Marion is responsible for marketing brand experiences and leads our creative team in all aspects of state of the art content, design development and digital solutions in the agile international market.

Working more than one decade for consumer brands such as Wella, Dr. Oetker and Bayer AG at marketing agency network BBDO developing global and national brand campaigns she gained additional expertise for more than 20 years in well-known advertising networks like DDB, Ogilvy & Mather and Grey.

Exchanging work experience in NYC/USA and Guangzhou/China makes her an excellent team player on internationals tasks.
